Mark Taylor is the Regional President and Chief Commercial Officer of Culligan, an innovative global designer, manufacturer, distributor, and service provider of drinking water dispensers designed for offices, schools, hospitals, hospitality, and public spaces.

Mark is Private Equity and publicly traded company experienced, output focussed, B2C and B2B proven General Manager, Global Chief Commercial Officer, and qualified Non-Executive Director. He has extensive international experience in developing, implementing, and embedding commercial strategies across multiple countries in stable and change scenarios. Including: Mergers, acquisitions, business development, contractual negotiation, and new business models.

Mark also has experience in all major facets of a 21st Century Sales and Marketing omni-channel model (Field Sales, Key Account Management, Inside Sales, Digital, CRM, CMS, PPC, and SEO) covering Customer Acquisition, Farming, and Retention. Excellent track record of delivery through developing, building, and motivating teams. He is qualified (FT Diploma) and experienced as a non-executive director on a publicly traded and private equity-backed business boards, ensuring all interests of shareholders are represented and the required standards of compliance are met by the board.

In addition, Mark is passionate about adding value constantly whether that is a challenging change agenda through true customer partnership, delivering success through inspirational leadership with cultural intelligence, subject matter expertise, and sensitivity. Also experienced in debt-raising processes and significant experience in dealing with government regulators such as the CMA. He is also experienced in FTSE 100, FTSE 250, and Private Equity-owned businesses.
