He has driven accelerated revenue growth and sustained profitability in complex, matrixed organizations, holding direct P&L responsibility across international markets.

Throughout his career, Pietro has spearheaded large‑scale digital and organizational transformations — defining corporate strategy, leading business development initiatives, and executing cross‑border M&A and integration projects, in addition to having played a key role in designing and delivering a successful IPO. As Founder & CEO of TrueStone Advisors Ltd, he serves as a Senior Advisor to PE firms and standardization organizations.
