• You work with our CRM Consultants to conceptualize, build, and optimize campaigns along the customer journey, ensuring they resonate with the right target groups.
• You track key performance metrics (KPIs) to measure success, identify areas for improvement, and propose actionable insights.
• You are part of the full CRM software implementation cycle, from project planning to execution, training, and ongoing optimization.
• You support the evolution of marketing cloud solutions, helping clients unlock growth through automation and personalization.
• You assist in shaping CRM strategies and identifying opportunities for digital transformation and business growth across a variety of industries.
• You work closely with our team of CRM and marketing automation specialists to identify innovative opportunities for customer engagement and business growth.

What we require:

• You are currently studying business, media, marketing, communications, or a related discipline and have excellent grades. 
• You have some experience in CRM, digital marketing, or marketing automation, whether through internships, projects, or coursework.
• You’re a proactive problem solver who takes ownership of tasks and thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
• You have a structured and analytical mindset with a keen eye for details and optimization.
• You are fluent in English and German.
