OMMAX conducted comprehensive vendor, commercial, and tech due diligence. In detail, OMMAX provided an in-depth analysis of the existing business model, digital factory market dynamics, customer insights, and competitive landscape, as well as a business plan assessment, and examined tech strategy, platform capabilities, tech team, organization, software development lifecycle, cybersecurity, and AI capabilities.
