Over the last years, SPHA AG grew consistently and profitably as it caters with its leading and holistic service offering (IN:OMNICHANNEL and IN:FASHION) to the MS Dynamics ERP solution within the fashion industry.

OMMAX advised Marondo with a commercial due diligence analyzing SPH’s business model, market dynamics, commercial performance benchmarked against key competitors as well as the business plan and further upside potential through value creation.
