OMMAX assisted itm8 in acquiring C.B.C. Computer Business Center GmbH, a leading IT solutions provider in the German market headquartered in Frankfurt am Main, focused primarily on hosting, IT consulting, software and hardware sales, setup, and end-user support. The completion of the final acquisition is contingent upon regulatory approvals and is expected to be completed during Q2 or early Q3 2024.

In preparation for the acquisition of the C.B.C. Computer Business Center, OMMAX assisted itm8 with a commercial due diligence.

The Commercial Due Diligence analyzed and assessed the market potential, the company’s capabilities, and core competition within the German market. The assessment was focused on the business model, customer success incl. customer economics, KPCs and customer satisfaction, market dynamics and the competitive landscape.
