#Press Release#Digital Strategy#Technical Due Diligence#Transaction Advisory

OMMAX supported Unigestion SA in acquiring Springer Fachmedien München and the entire business for mobility education and training from Springer Nature, resulting in the formation of TecVia Group. TecVia is a leading provider of education and training solutions in the mobility sector, headquartered in Munich, Germany. In preparation for acquiring the mobility education and training business unit from Springer Nature, OMMAX assisted Unigestion with a tech due diligence.

The tech due diligence analyzed and assessed the technical capabilities and setup across the core markets Germany and France. The analyses covered modules including tech & product strategy, system architecture, software development lifecycle, organizational setup, and IT security.

Dr. Stefan Sambol, Co-Founder and Partner at OMMAX, commented: “We would like to congratulate Unigestion on the successful acquisition of TecVia. It was a great pleasure to work on this Tech Due Diligence together!”
