OMMAX supported Your.Cloud in acquiring Abtis, a leading Managed Service Provider (MSP) focusing on Microsoft services. In preparation for the acquisition, OMMAX conducted comprehensive tech due diligence, focusing on Abtis's self-service platform with special emphasis on the architecture and software quality, as well as the typical tech due diligence chapters.
Abtis, a leader in IT services and cloud solutions for mid-sized companies, offers comprehensive digital transformation tools with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies. Their my.abtis platform serves as a centralized cloud value portal, empowering businesses to manage and optimize their cloud infrastructure efficiently. The platform integrates advanced services for cloud adoption, security, modern workplace solutions, and data management. Through my.abtis, customers gain enhanced transparency and insights, allowing them to maximize their IT investments while benefiting from seamless access to tools like Microsoft Azure and AI-based services.
The tech due diligence analyzed and assessed the technical capabilities and setup of Abtis. The assessment included modules such as business overview, technology and product strategy, system architecture, software development lifecycle, organizational setup, and cybersecurity.
