Dr. Felix Marcinowski is Partner Digital GTM & AI at OMMAX, leading a team of more than 35 consultants who drive digital engagement strategies and go-to-market execution for international brands. His focus lies on AI-driven customer activation across platforms such as LLMs, Google, LinkedIn, Meta, Amazon, and TikTok to strengthen algorithmic brand equity and deliver measurable growth.

Felix brings more than 10 years of experience in digital strategy and growth, leading OMMAX’s digital and AI-driven growth agenda across strategy, customer activation, and customer acquisition. He takes end-to-end ownership for scaling the firm’s AI-first consulting model, driving both strategic direction and hands-on execution. His focus lies in productizing AI-powered growth solutions, including customer activation frameworks, LLM-based sales and marketing copilots, and platform intelligence products. By translating digital and AI complexity into execution-led, recurring revenue streams, Felix strengthens OMMAX’s positioning as a category leader in AI-driven go-to-market excellence. 

At OMMAX, Felix has successfully created organic value for international clients, including ghd, Westwing, Condor, ProSiebenSat.1, Danone, and Infineon. His projects span across industries, developing AI-driven content engines, scaling digital ecosystems, and improving operational efficiency through data and automation. For a leading E-Commerce player, he built an AI-based content production solution that increased efficiency by 50% while improving content quality. He also led digital marketing initiatives for a healthcare client with over 100 clinics, resulting in a 359% increase in organic sessions and a 133% rise in conversions.

Before joining OMMAX, Felix gained experience at LMU Munich in strategy and communication consulting and at the German Embassy in Washington, D.C., in the department for economy and technology. This combination of strategic and international exposure enables him to create digital value through cross-functional collaboration, data, and innovation.

Felix holds a Ph.D. in Sociology from LMU Munich and an M.A. in Modern History from LMU and Central European University (CEU) Budapest. Furthermore, he is an alumnus of the Studienstiftung des deutschen Volkes, Germany’s oldest and most prestigious scholarship foundation.
