Investment Career Accelerator Program (ICAP)
The ICAP is an innovative gap year program that provides a holistic introduction to the world of M&A. With just one application, you will complete three internships at three different companies over nine months — gaining hands-on experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, and Strategy Consulting.
We are looking for motivated, talented interns with an interest in M&A, Strategy, Tech, and Digital. As an ICAP participant, you’ll work alongside industry-leading experts, build valuable skills, and explore which path truly excites you. This program is designed to accelerate your professional journey and give you clarity for your future career.
