Investment Career Accelerator Program (ICAP)
The ICAP is an innovative gap year program that provides a holistic introduction to the world of M&A. With just one application, you will complete three internships at three different companies over nine months — gaining hands-on experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, and Strategy Consulting.
We are looking for motivated, talented interns with an interest in M&A, Strategy, Tech, and Digital. As an ICAP participant, you’ll work alongside industry-leading experts, build valuable skills, and explore which path truly excites you. This program is designed to accelerate your professional journey and give you clarity for your future career.

OMMAXperience Digital Gap Year
OMMAXperience is a unique nine-month program where you rotate across three departments, gaining hands-on experience in digital strategy, marketing, tech, data, AI, and more. You will contribute to impactful projects while developing cross-functional expertise.
