What you can expect:
- You take responsibility for international commercial / digital / tech / data due diligence reports for buy- and sell-side transactions.
- You manage analyses of (digital) business models for leading private equity clients in an international context.
- You develop an equity story and (digital) value creation initiatives for portfolio companies of our private equity clients.
- You identify client consulting needs, structure the problem, and independently develop solutions.
- You analyze the strategic impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on business models and its application fields.
- You lead project teams and coordinate with external parties.
- You are responsible for the organization of core activities such as workshops, meetings, research, stakeholder engagement, business analyses, technical analyses and solution design as part of both external and internal projects.
- You supervise and develop the team and support recruiting activities for new and high-potential managers.
- You have an excellent university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or a related discipline (Master’s/MBA preferred).
- You have 7+ years of relevant professional experience with a focus on (digital) strategy consulting, transaction advisory, or digital marketing.
- You have a proven track record in leading and scaling successful, high-performing teams.
- You demonstrate a strong affinity for technology, particularly in digital marketing, tech, or AI.
- You bring strong analytical skills combined with creative and conceptual thinking.
- You act in a client-oriented manner and are able to professionally bridge the gap between clients and the organization.
- You possess very strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- You stand out through excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- You are a service-oriented and communicative team player with high intrinsic motivation and passion for your work.
- You are fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
