- You take ownership of payroll processing and ensure accurate, compliant, and timely execution of all pay-related activities.
- You support maintaining accurate employee and financial records, including payroll journals, time & attendance data, and related documentation.
- You support with accounting tasks such as invoice processing, expense management, account reconciliation, and monthly reporting.
- You collaborate with our Finance team and support internal HR processes across the employee life cycle, such as onboarding/offboarding, HR documentation, and workforce data management.
- You help refine internal processes, implement new tools, and support HR and finance digitalization initiatives.
- You ensure compliance with payroll regulations, financial policies, internal guidelines, and audit standards.
- You maintain a proactive, structured, and service-oriented approach, supporting business teams and leadership with reliable HR and finance operations.
- You hold a university degree with excellent grades in n HR, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- You bring experience in payroll processing and a strong grounding in finance or accounting.
- You have a solid understanding of UK payroll legislation, HMRC processes, and tax-related topics.
- You demonstrate excellent numerical accuracy, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- You possess strong organizational capabilities and can manage multiple deadlines.
- You communicate clearly and professionally, maintaining high confidentiality with sensitive data.
- You are comfortable working with finance and HR systems.
- You have a strong service-oriented mindset, and are aware of the need for discretion and confidentiality in the HR team.
- You are an absolute team player with a hands-on mentality, combined with strong assertiveness and an interest in digitalization.
- You enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team in an international environment.
- You speak and write English fluently.
