- You will play a key role in the implementation and customization of innovative CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Emarsys, helping shape impactful solutions for our clients.
- You will dive into business processes, analyzing them in-depth and documenting insights to drive operational excellence.
- You will craft dynamic presentations, engaging training materials, and support with interactive workshops that empower our clients.
- You will be hands-on in exciting customer projects, configuring CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Emarsys, and delivering solutions that make a real difference.
- You will stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging trends and best practices in CRM, and share valuable insights with the team to continuously improve our approach.
- You will assist with project management tasks, ensuring smooth operations and helping deliver projects on time and within scope.
- You are currently studying business, media, marketing, communications, or a related discipline and have excellent grades.
- You have gained initial experience with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce, HubSpot, or Emarsys (e.g., through courses, internships, or personal projects), and are proficient with Microsoft Excel/Word/Outlook.
- You take ownership for your work and your personal development.
- You are willing to take on new challenging tasks and to grow every day.
- You have a structured, proactive, and data-driven approach combined with a high measure of self-motivation.
- You are fluent in English and German.
