What we look for:
  • You will play a key role in the implementation and customization of innovative CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Emarsys, helping shape impactful solutions for our clients.
  • You will dive into business processes, analyzing them in-depth and documenting insights to drive operational excellence.
  • You will craft dynamic presentations, engaging training materials, and support with interactive workshops that empower our clients.
  • You will be hands-on in exciting customer projects, configuring CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Emarsys, and delivering solutions that make a real difference.
  • You will stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging trends and best practices in CRM, and share valuable insights with the team to continuously improve our approach.
  • You will assist with project management tasks, ensuring smooth operations and helping deliver projects on time and within scope.
What we require:
  • You are currently studying Business, Media, Marketing, Communication, or a related field and achieve excellent academic results.
  • You have initial experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Emarsys (e.g., through courses, internships, or personal projects) and are proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • You work in a structured, proactive, and data-driven manner and demonstrate a high level of intrinsic motivation.
  • You take ownership of your work and your personal development and are eager to take on new and challenging responsibilities.
  • You are fluent in German and English.
