- You build and own a high-quality origination pipeline focused on Private Equity-driven opportunities, positioning OMMAX early in the deal lifecycle.
- You act as a strategic interface between Private Equity funds, Investment Banks, and high-potential companies, ensuring systematic market coverage across relevant sectors and upcoming transactions.
- You proactively map the PE and IB landscape, identifying investment strategies, sector theses, and emerging transaction opportunities.
- You leverage leading market intelligence platforms to generate actionable insights and translate them into focused relationship and outreach strategies.
- You work closely with Partners and senior leadership to prioritise target accounts, shape go-to-market approaches, and continuously strengthen our positioning within the PE ecosystem.
- You combine relationship-building with structured pipeline management, tracking key metrics and driving origination with a disciplined, data-driven approach.
- You hold an outstanding university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
- You bring at least 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in private equity, investment banking, transaction advisory, strategy consulting with a PE focus, or in a dedicated origination or business development role within a transaction-driven environment.
- You have solid experience working with transaction and intelligence platforms such as Gain.Pro, Actum, Mergermarket, PitchBook, or similar tools to conduct fund mapping, deal tracking, and network analyses.
- You demonstrate a deep understanding of PE investment strategies, sector theses, the dynamics of commercial due diligence, and key value-creation levers within portfolio companies.
- You engage confidently with junior to senior professionals at PE funds and investment banks and stand out through strong stakeholder management skills.
- You combine analytical excellence with strong commercial acumen, enabling you to identify high-potential opportunities early and strategically position OMMAX.
- You work in a proactive, structured, and relationship-driven manner with a strong sense of ownership.
- You are fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
