Senior Consultant People Analytics (m/f/d)

  • You are genuinely passionate about People Analytics, HR Controlling, and data-driven transformation.
What we require:
  • You hold a completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a comparable field.
  • You bring at least 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in HR controlling, People Analytics, or a similar analytical role.
  • You have a solid understanding of financial and controlling principles and are experienced in working with HR metrics such as attrition, absenteeism, recruiting KPIs, and diversity indicators.
  • You are highly proficient in Excel and have experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or Looker Studio.
  • You demonstrate strong analytical skills; knowledge of SQL or Python/R is considered an advantage.
  • You work in a structured and detail-oriented manner and handle sensitive data with a high level of responsibility.
  • You are fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
