Throughout the exit readiness program, OMMAX focused on the following topics:
 

  • Conducted an in-depth analysis of Bugaboo’s D2C e-commerce performance and identified key areas for improvement to accelerate organic growth across key markets (US, UK, GER).
  • Innovative D2C customer acquisition strategies to increase the desirability of the brand.
  • Identification of quick wins to improve findability and shopability (CRO).
  • Streamlined e-commerce operations to improve efficiency and scalability (on strong tech foundation), with special focus on CRM and CLV expansion (also in an omnichannel setting).
  • Implemented advanced data analytics to provide actionable insights and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Quantification of D2C opportunity highlighting Bugaboo's strengths and future growth potential.
