Legal & HR Administration Coordinator (m/f/d)

What we look for:
  • You support our HR and Legal team in managing contracts, policies, and documentation throughout the     organization.
  • You help draft, review, and maintain contracts, internal policies, compliance guidelines, and templates.
  • You contribute to legal research, regulatory monitoring, and the preparation of key legal updates for internal stakeholders.
  • You support compliance initiatives such as data protection, internal audits, risk assessments, and process documentation.
  • You support on HR topics such as onboarding, policy communication, employee documentation, and HR operations.
  • You contribute to the development of training materials and in-house sessions related to legal, ethical, and compliance topics.
  • You support process optimization and the digitalization of legal and HR workflows.
  • You proactively help build a transparent, ethical, and compliant organizational culture.
What we require:
  • You hold a university degree with excellent grades in Law, Business Law, Compliance or Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • You have experience in legal support, compliance, HR operations, or contract management of 3-5 years
  • You demonstrate the ability to understand and explain legal concepts clearly and accurately.
  • You have excellent communication skills and can prepare information for different stakeholder groups.
  • You show excellent MS Office skills (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • You enjoy working collaboratively in cross-functional teams and are service-oriented in your interactions.
  • You have a structured, proactive, and data-driven way of working, combined with a high level of self-motivation.
  • You have a strong service-oriented mindset, and are aware of the need for discretion and confidentiality in the HR team.
  • You are an absolute team player with a hands-on mentality, combined with strong assertiveness and an interest in digitalisation.
  • You enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team in an international environment.   
  • You speak and write English fluently.
