- You are genuinely passionate about People Analytics, HR Controlling, and data-driven transformation.
- You hold a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- You have 2–3 years of relevant experience in HR Controlling, People Analytics, or a comparable analytical role.
- You are proficient in Excel and experienced with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or Looker Studio.
- You have strong quantitative and analytical skills, ideally with SQL or Python/R experience.
- You understand finance and controlling principles and have worked with HR metrics like turnover, absenteeism, recruiting KPIs, or diversity.
- You have a structured and detail-oriented working style and handle sensitive data responsibly.
- You speak English fluently; regional languages are an advantage.
