What you can expect:
- You jointly take on the strategic leadership and further development of the Transaction Advisory / Strategy Team with our management.
- You have overall responsibility for customer acquisition, team staffing, strategic project prioritization, project execution, success, and profitability, as well as customer satisfaction.
- You are responsible for the successful end-to-end implementation of international Commercial / Digital / Tech /Data Due Dilligence projects for buy-side and sell-side transactions, defining the appropriate strategy together with the customer, defining requirements, and ensuring the smooth implementation of customer projects.
- You drive the further development of internal know-how (Thought Leadership) as well as the establishment of partnerships with leading large- and mid-cap private equity funds.
- You establish and optimize the standardization of processes and templates, including quality assurance processes for ongoing projects or newly developed solutions.
- You play a proactive role in sales and pitching activities and develop new (AI) services based on current trends and industry developments.
- You work closely with the OMMAX Leadership Team from all departments.
- You represent OMMAX and the Transaction Advisory / Strategy Team at events, trade shows, and universities.
- You work together with the People & Culture Team on the further development of the Transaction Advisory / Strategy Team and support the recruitment of top talent.
- You have an outstanding university degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- You bring several years of functional and leadership experience in a digital environment, particularly in (digital) strategy consulting, transaction advisory, or digital marketing.
- You have a proven track record of leading teams and managing complex projects, with strong capabilities in leadership, team coordination, and project management.
- You demonstrate deep expertise and a strong understanding of tech, marketing, and AI, including the latest tools and current digital trends.
- You stand out through strong analytical and conceptual skills and work in a structured, results-driven manner.
- You communicate confidently and persuasively, both verbally and in writing.
- You are a service-oriented and communicative team player with a high level of ownership and passion for your work.
- You are fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
