- You bring strong stakeholder management and communication skills, acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders across regions and functions.
- You hold a degree in Business Administration, Psychology, HR Management, or a related field.
- You have at least 2-3 years of experience in recruiting, ideally in consulting, tech, or a fast-growing digital environment.
- You are experienced with sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Insights, ATS systems) and understand recruiting analytics and KPIs.
- You have strong interviewing and assessment skills and a keen sense for potential, culture fit, and business impact.
- You speak English fluently; German or another language is plus.
