- You bring strong stakeholder management and communication skills, acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders across regions and functions.
- You hold a completed degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
- You bring at least 2–3 years of relevant experience in recruiting, ideally within consulting, the tech sector, or a fast-growing digital environment.
- You have solid experience working with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Insights, or common ATS systems, and are familiar with recruiting analytics and relevant KPIs.
- You demonstrate strong interviewing and assessment skills and have a keen sense for potential, cultural fit, and business impact.
- You are fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
