To successfully maintain its exclusive positioning, ghd focuses on localized digital marketing strategies, influencer endorsements, and an omnichannel media approach.

Digital value creation strategy

OMMAX created a full-funnel digital strategy across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Pinterest and YouTube, as well as Amazon marketplace for a holistic acquisition strategy; a business case and media plan was developed considering market dynamics and strategic targets.

Digital marketing execution

To boost ghd's brand visibility and reach revenue targets, OMMAX is continuously optimizing Google Ads and Paid Social campaigns incl. new ad formats, audience optimizations and leveraging influencer (e.g. Pamela Reif, Leni Klum) content. Additionally, optimized content strategy is securing long-term brand visibility.

Marketplaces

OMMAX optimized Amazon Ads accounts, managing Sponsored Ads and DSP campaigns through continuous keyword and audience analysis. A holistic content audit strengthened brand visibility, while interim leadership implemented a sales strategy driving sustainable marketplace growth.

Internationalization

OMMAX developed a business case for the Polish market with a three-year multichannel forecast and an omnichannel go-to-market roadmap to boost awareness and growth. Managing organic social media channels and launching Meta B2B campaigns strengthened brand presence and expanded GHD’s stylist network.
