About TISSO

Accelerating TISSO's digital growth

TISSO Naturprodukte specializes in developing and producing high-quality natural nutritional supplements. Founded in 1999, TISSO offers around 40 formulations, produced in Germany and distributed internationally. Managing all processes in-house, TISSO ensures compliance with German food law, using only approved ingredients in permitted dosages.

TISSO focuses on holistic nutrient concepts like its trademarked MitoBiom® concept, designed to support optimal cellular function.

OMMAX developed TISSO’s omnichannel digital strategy, refining its market positioning, branding, logo, packaging, and website, while providing ongoing strategy, digital marketing, and web development support.

Q1 2022: Digital Omnichannel Strategy

OMMAX conducted a holistic audit to determine the status quo for organic performance, performance marketing (SEA, Social), CRM /marketing automation, tech infrastructure, market trends, and the competitive landscape. Based on all insights, OMMAX developed a holistic omnichannel digital strategy

Q2 2022: Brand Development

In alignment with the new digital strategy, OMMAX developed a brand strategy including a market, SWOT, trend, gap, and competition analysis as well as future brand positioning, brand values, and personas. A new CI logo, branding, tonality,  packaging, claims, etc. were designed

Q3 2022: Digital Marketing

OMMAX developed a digital marketing strategy for B2C, B2B, and B2B2C, optimizing Meta and Google Ads accounts with state-of-the-art setups to align with the revised strategy. Additionally, a new ad visual concept was created and implemented.

Q4 2022: Website Relaunch

OMMAX conducted a full front- and backend website relaunch using a headless approach, featuring a new design, CMS (Typo3), e-commerce (Magento), and e-learning platform (LMS3). They also implemented tracking and integrated APIs with existing systems.

Ongoing

OMMAX continuously manages SEO, SEA, and paid social to optimize performance and drive growth. The TISSO platform is regularly enhanced with CRO, tech, and UX improvements, while system maintenance and updates are fully managed.
