Former Boston Consulting Group Principal Luca Fratesi joins OMMAX as Partner & Head of Italy, leading the firm’s growth and client partnerships in one of Europe’s most dynamic private equity and digital transformation markets. 

The Italian market combines a thriving private capital ecosystem with a strong base of mid-sized and family-owned companies increasingly seeking digital value-creation opportunities. Strengthening the local presence in Milan enables OMMAX to serve investors and corporate clients even more closely, accelerating its European expansion and strengthening its position as a trusted partner for digital-driven growth. 

Luca Fratesi brings over ten years of top-tier consulting experience with a proven track record in private equity, strategy, and digital transformation. During his career, he has led more than 50 commercial due diligences and numerous value-creation and growth-strategy projects across Europe, partnering with leading investors, portfolio companies and industrial groups. Before joining OMMAX, Luca was a Principal at BCG, where he contributed to the roll-out of the Private Equity practice in Italy. He has an academic background in International Management, with a BSc. at Bocconi University and MSc. at ESADE Business School and CEMS.
