You'll advise leading corporations, private equity investors, and founders on some of their most important strategic decisions. Projects span growth strategy, commercial due diligence, AI value creation, digital transformation, operating model design, and post-merger integration. Every engagement is focused on solving complex business challenges and creating measurable value for our clients.

From day one, you'll take ownership of meaningful workstreams, contribute your ideas, and work closely with experienced colleagues who support your development through regular coaching and feedback. As you grow, so will your responsibilities and opportunities to lead. Depending on your role and project, you'll work with executives, investors, founders, and business leaders, contributing to discussions, analyses, and recommendations that shape strategic decisions.

Our hiring process is designed to help us get to know each other. It typically includes an introductory conversation with our recruiting team, interviews focused on your analytical thinking and problem-solving approach, and discussions with future colleagues and Partners. Depending on the role, you may also complete a case interview. Throughout the process, we'll keep you informed and are happy to answer any questions.
Most of our roles offer a hybrid way of working, combining time in the office with the flexibility to work remotely. With six offices across Europe, you'll also have opportunities to collaborate internationally or explore roles in another location.
