- You are ready to join a 9-month gap year program with the opportunity to rotate across three different teams.

- You broaden your perspective, collaborate with experienced professionals, and learn directly from digital leaders.
- You demonstrate outstanding academic performance and are currently completing your Bachelor’s degree or pursuing your Master’s degree.
- You have a strong affinity for digital topics and technology-driven environments.
- You ideally have gained initial hands-on experience in consulting, strategy departments, or business development.
- You possess excellent PowerPoint skills, solid Excel skills, and a strong analytical mindset.
- You communicate in a precise and structured manner.
- You enjoy taking on challenges and are eager to continuously develop both personally and professionally.
- You enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams within an international environment.
- You are fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
