- You are responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of comprehensive data strategies and solutions for large enterprises, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
- You drive transformation projects aimed at optimizing data management and digitizing business processes, providing strategic guidance throughout the entire process.
- You define the architecture and oversee execution of data factories, data infrastructures, and data engineering processes to ensure scalable, innovative solutions.
- You lead and mentor interdisciplinary teams to successfully implement data management solutions and data products, fostering collaboration and excellence.
- You build and nurture long-term client relationships, positioning data as a strategic asset and aligning solutions with their long-term vision.
- You shape the company’s growth trajectory by establishing best practices and driving innovative initiatives in collaboration with management.
- You represent the company as a thought leader, actively participating in and leading client workshops, conferences, and strategic discussions.
- You own the company’s data management and technology strategy, setting the direction and ensuring its successful execution.
- You hold a completed university degree with excellent grades in Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, or another analytical or scientific field (Master's, MBA, or PhD preferred).
- You have at least 5 years of experience in consulting in the areas of Data Governance, Compliance, Data Management, Data Science, Business Analytics, or Data Technology, in product management, or in development within these domains.
- You have proven experience in team coordination, leadership, and managing complex projects.
- You have experience with SAP, ERP systems, and CRM tools, and demonstrate solid knowledge of the relevant data sources.
- You are skilled in Tableau, Power BI, and/or other leading analytics tools, and bring strong Excel and data analysis capabilities.
- You are familiar with common analytics tech stacks, programming languages, and frameworks (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Scikit-Learn, JupyterLab).
- You bring an understanding of modern software development workflows (e.g., Git, Jira, Confluence, CI/CD) and basic experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
- You have a strong customer focus and are a true team player with a hands-on mentality.
- You possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
- You are fluent in English and German.
