- You help clients unlock the full potential of their data strategy, by combining strategic thinking, hands-on implementation, and close collaboration with clients and internal teams.
- You advise leading companies on the organizational and technical optimization of data management.
- You support change management and data strategy initiatives to ensure sustainable success.
- You design and implement data strategies, architectures, and scalable data processes.
- You work closely with clients to co-create pragmatic and impactful solutions that drive digital transformation.
- You develop innovative data products that create real business value.
- You conduct data analyses and visualizations to uncover insights and identify improvement opportunities.
- You facilitate workshops, perform process assessments, and deliver tailored training sessions.
- You contribute to developing best practices, innovative solutions, and continuously challenge the status quo.
- You hold a university degree with outstanding academic performance in IT, data science, business informatics, or a related field.
- You have 1–2 years of relevant experience in data management, analytics, or digital transformation consulting.
- You show strong skills in SQL and Python, and hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- You are familiar with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker, as well as modern data stacks.
- You possess excellent communication and presentation skills and can translate complex concepts into actionable insights.
- You have a proactive, service-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and drive.
- You thrive in a collaborative and agile environment.
- You are fluent in English and German.
