- You advise clients on the organizational and technical optimization of data management.
- You design and implement data strategies, data architectures, and improve data processes.
- You assist in the development and implementation of data products.
- You conduct data analysis and visualizations to identify areas for improvement.
- You perform process analysis, conduct workshops, and deliver training sessions.
- You collaborate with the team to develop best practices and innovative solutions.
- You closely work with clients to create tailored solutions and to support their digital transformation.
- You participate in the design of change management and data strategy projects.
- You have a university degree with outstanding achievements in an IT, data analysis or data management related field.
- You have at least 1-2 years of experience in data management or digital transformation consulting.
- You have proven knowledge of SQL, Python, cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure), and data visualization tools.
- You are a service-oriented and communicative team player with a high degree of self-responsibility and passion for your work.
- You have strong communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to convey complex issues clearly.
- You are fluent in English and German.
