AmazonFlex – The package delivery service for everyone

Amazon continuously aims to create new opportunities, striving to not only make customer service better but also more flexible. As a result, in 2019, Amazon introduced AmazonFlex to the German market. With AmazonFlex, individuals can become a delivery partner and earn money, delivering amazon packages in their area of convenience.

This program offers flexible working hours, allowing drivers to choose their own schedules while using their personal vehicles to complete deliveries. By doing so, AmazonFlex provides a convenient way for people to earn extra income while ensuring faster and more efficient deliveries for customers.

Amazon's journey with OMMAX

Start of collaboration in 2019

In mid-2019, Amazon Flex hired OMMAX to support marketing in Germany. Despite station launch plans, demand for delivery partners remained high, and an unoptimized sales funnel caused a steep dropout rate.

Building a marketing network

We quickly established multiple digital marketing channels, including job platforms, and launched offline initiatives to reach potential delivery partners.

Data-driven decision-making

A dashboard tracked city-specific performance, allowing us to optimize spending and tailor ads to different target groups in various cities.

Enhancing forecasting accuracy

Beyond campaign management, we also supported the Amazon Flex team with a forecasting model.
