Defined ‘to-be’ business processes, enterprise architecture, and system domains. Structured marketing campaigns and planned Sitecore Content Hub integration with Stibo Step PIM

H1 2023: Implementation to go-live

Implemented Sitecore Content Hub, integrated third-party systems, and migrated data. Conducted user training, testing, and system launch with hypercare support

H2 2023: System functionality extension

Enhanced integrations, automated content translation, and migrated more digital assets. Incorporated WAGO Brand Portal content and planned a global rollout
