Munich, 19/02/2026 – OMMAX announces the appointment of five new Partners, strengthening its leadership and further advancing its Consulting 3.0 positioning at the intersection of strategy, technology, data, and AI. The promotions reflect OMMAX’s deliberate investment in senior entrepreneurial leaders who deliver measurable value creation for corporates and private equity clients.

Sebastian Klötzel: Partner Data & AI
Sebastian brings more than 10 years of experience at the intersection of strategy, data, and AI and assumes end-to-end ownership of AI initiatives, spanning initial strategy, technical implementation, and rollout. His focus is on scaling OMMAX’s Data & AI practice beyond traditional consulting toward a scalable, recurring revenue-oriented business model. A central priority is shifting from isolated AI use cases toward reusable IP and standardized assets, progressing from early prototypes to ARR-driven offerings. Through delivery-led expansion, he strengthens execution across the full lifecycle from AI strategy and implementation to technology foundations and governance, turning project success into sustainable commercial impact.
Anatoli Kantarovich: Partner Data & AI
Anatoli leads architectural oversight for Enterprise Data Platforms, serving as the final authority on modular, cost-optimized, and AI-ready designs. He has mastered the art of building industrial-grade data pipelines that transform raw data into EBITDA-driving assets. His responsibilities include defining standards for multi-cloud and hybrid-cloud deployments and leading technical due diligence for private equity clients, with a focus on technical debt, scalability, and data integrity. By embedding Engineering Excellence, DataOps, and MLOps, Anatoli de-risks AI investments, shortens time-to-production, and enables scalable data and AI platforms with predictable performance and cost structures. His work lays the foundation for AI applications that scale across portfolios rather than remaining isolated initiatives.
Isabelle von Fircks: Partner Digital & AI Strategy
With more than 10 years of experience in building partnerships and scaling commercial organizations, Isabelle specializes in designing and scaling high-performing go-to-market and sales teams that drive sustainable revenue growth, with a strong focus on mobility, the German Mittelstand, and large enterprises. She supports companies from go-to-market strategy through execution and scaling, leveraging the latest AI tools to enhance sales execution, productivity, and performance. Her expertise includes sales transformation, performance optimization, and executive stakeholder management. By translating best practices into scalable commercial frameworks and AI-enabled playbooks, Isabelle helps organizations achieve measurable growth and build long-term client partnerships.
Christian Riede: Partner Tech Strategy & AI Transformation
With more than 18 years of experience driving technology-enabled value creation, Christian leads OMMAX’s technology strategy and transformation consulting practice, with responsibility for technology-driven value creation initiatives as well as technology, operational, and AI due diligence on both buy-side and sell-side. He advises private equity investors and CxOs on technology strategy, operating models, and execution-focused transformation programs across industrial and software-driven businesses. A core focus is translating strategic assessments into execution-ready value-creation roadmaps that directly link pre-deal insights to post-deal delivery and measurable impact across the full deal lifecycle.
Felix Marcinowski: Partner Digital GTM & AI
Felix brings more than 10 years of experience in digital strategy and growth, leading OMMAX’s digital and AI-driven growth agenda across strategy, customer activation, and customer acquisition. He takes end-to-end ownership for scaling the firm’s AI-first consulting model, driving both strategic direction and hands-on execution. His focus lies in productizing AI-powered growth solutions, including customer activation frameworks, LLM-based sales and marketing copilots, and platform intelligence products. By translating digital and AI complexity into execution-led, recurring revenue streams, Felix strengthens OMMAX’s positioning as a category leader in AI-driven go-to-market excellence.
