OMMAX appoints Jan Knaisch as Partner to strengthen its Private Equity and Digital Advisory expertise
Munich, 13/11/2025 – OMMAX, the leading pan-European digital strategy consultancy specializing in transaction advisory for Private Equity clients, and in tech-, data-, and AI-driven value creation, is delighted to announce the appointment of Jan Knaisch as Partner at its headquarters in Munich.
Jan joins OMMAX with close to a decade of top-tier consulting experience with a proven track record advising large- and mid-cap Private Equity clients and portfolio companies. During his career, he led more than 70 commercial due diligence projects and numerous value-creation and growth-strategy projects across Europe and the US.
As a former Principal at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in New York and Munich, Jan focused on digital business models across consumer, business services, and software/technology sectors. He has an academic background in Business Administration, having graduated with an MSc. and BSc. from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management.
Jan’s appointment as Partner at OMMAX will strengthen OMMAX’s position as a trusted advisor at the intersection of transactions and digital strategy, tech-, data-, and AI-driven value creation, and will enable clients to drive tangible, lasting results.
