Cybersecurity & AI Tech Talks: Securing the next generation of enterprise growth

OMMAX and Raymond James hosted senior executives, private equity investors, technology leaders, and cybersecurity experts. Keynotes, a panel, and a networking dinner explored how AI is changing the economics of cyberattacks and what leadership teams should do about it.

Cyber resilience is no longer just an IT topic. It has become a strategic priority for boards, executive teams, and investors as organizations navigate AI adoption, digital transformation, and an increasingly sophisticated cyber threat landscape.

From securing Enterprise AI and software supply chains to preparing for NIS2 and strengthening Identity Security, leaders are facing a new generation of cybersecurity challenges that require both strategic and operational responses.

About the event

OMMAX, in collaboration with Raymond James, hosted a curated audience of Private Equity investors, corporate executives, technology leaders, and cybersecurity experts for an exclusive executive evening in Munich.

Through executive keynotes, an interactive panel discussion, and networking, participants explored how AI security, cyber resilience, and technology investment are shaping the future of enterprise growth. Together, we discussed practical strategies, real-world cyber incidents, and leadership perspectives on securing digital transformation while creating long-term business value.

Key takeaways from the evening

  1. Cyber risk is enterprise value risk. Translate technical exposure into revenue at risk and operational disruption, because budget follows business impact.
  2. AI makes attacks cheaper, faster and easier to scale. Annual point-in-time testing is not enough against adversaries that never sleep.
  3. Know your attack surface. Unknown assets, legacy systems and newly acquired companies are the doors attackers find first.
  4. Control what AI agents do, not just where they can go. Know the identity, limit the action, keep the kill switch.
  5. Test resilience, don’t assume it. Recovery plans only count if they work under real pressure.
  6. Awareness alone is not enough. Build cyber resilience by upskilling teams, hiring the right talent and leveraging external expertise.
