Contractor Consulting Group GmbH is a specialized provider of IT freelancer placement services, offering a premium approach to matching the requirements of medium-sized companies and large enterprises across industries with IT freelancers’ skills. By leveraging a matching AI and proprietary data assets and combining these insights with close customer relationships, Contractor achieves quick and tailored placement of IT experts.
Polaris and 7N, supported by Altenried Etti & Co. as M&A advisor, have engaged OMMAX to conduct a comprehensive commercial and tech due diligence. OMMAX focused on the following key areas:
- Commercial due diligence: In-depth analysis of the existing business model, market dynamics, customer dynamics, competitive landscape, business plan, and value creation initiatives
- Tech due diligence: Assessment of critical areas such as Contractor’s tech strategy and infrastructure, organizational processes, and the overarching data and AI strategy, along with its implementation maturity
