Isabella Calderon Hoyos is a Partner Strategy & Transactions at OMMAX and leads commercial- and digital due diligence projects with a focus on business services and education.

She works with corporates and private equity clients (small, mid, and large-cap) such as Cinven, Equistone, and Afinum.

Prior to joining OMMAX, she gained 10+ years of experience in strategy consulting at Roland Berger and in the commercial due diligence team at PwC, where she worked on 150+ CDDs, restructuring, and strategy projects.

She holds an MBA from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and Chicago Booth Business School, and a Diploma in International Business from ESB Reutlingen.
