OMMAX advised Naxicap Partners on the acquisition of Tomorrow Education Group GmbH (TEG), a multi-brand education platform focused on future-oriented skills in IT, Digital, and Smart Industries.
OMMAX conducted a comprehensive commercial, digital, and tech due diligence on TEG, providing an in-depth analysis of its existing business model including data and AI strategy, market environment, competitive landscape, customer dynamics, business plan assessment, and identification of value creation opportunities.
