About Rosalie Dorn
Rosalie is an entrepreneur, transformation advisor and former Managing Director of Rapunzel Naturkost, one of Germany's leading organic food companies. As a member of the second generation of the founding family, she grew up closely connected to the business and gained first-hand experience of succession, governance and the challenge of balancing tradition with transformation.
Before joining Rapunzel, Rosalie worked at PwC on international process and IT transformation projects. At Rapunzel, she was responsible for finance and controlling, logistics, IT and digitalization, process management, sustainability and sustainable supply chain management.
Today, Rosalie advises mid-sized and family-owned companies on building future-ready structures and turning transformation ambitions into practical action while preserving their identity and core values. She holds several board and advisory mandates, including at Rapunzel and other companies. She also lectures on sustainability and digital transformation at DHBW Heilbronn and is a regular speaker on family business succession and transformation.
