Lutz Finger is Chief AI Officer (CAIO) of OMMAX, responsible for accelerating the firm's ambition to build Europe's leading AI, Data & Technology platform. He works closely with the Data, Technology & AI Partner team, the AI Center of Excellence, the leadership team, and colleagues across the Group to expand AI capabilities, proprietary solutions, intellectual property, and AI-native ways of working.

A Berlin-born quantum physicist, Lutz built an outstanding international career at the forefront of Silicon Valley's AI ecosystem. Over the past 25+ years, he has held senior AI and product leadership roles at LinkedIn, Google, Snap, and Marpai, where he built world-class AI organizations, developed AI-powered products at global scale, and helped transform businesses through artificial intelligence. Now returning to Europe, he joins OMMAX to help Europe accelerate AI adoption and turn AI ambition into measurable business value.

Beyond his operational leadership, Lutz is a successful entrepreneur, investor, board member, advisor, and author. Since 2015, he has taught AI Strategy, AI Applications, and Data Products at Cornell University, helping senior executives understand how AI, data, and product thinking can create lasting competitive advantage.
