Sandra brings more than 20 years of consulting and industry experience. Before joining OMMAX, she was a Partner in BCG's Healthcare practice for three years and previously spent seven years at McKinsey & Company. Earlier, she spent 13 years at Bayer in strategic, financial, and commercial roles in Germany and the United States, including senior responsibilities within Bayer Consumer Care.
Her work sits at the intersection of healthcare sector expertise, strategic transformation and AI-enabled execution. She focuses on helping leadership teams redesign processes and operating models, embed AI sustainably and create measurable commercial and operational value.
At OMMAX, Sandra is focused on expanding the Life Sciences & Healthcare practice internationally and helping pharmaceutical, consumer health, medtech, and healthcare-services organizations move from experimentation to practical AI-enabled transformation.
