OMMAX assisted Link11 GmbH in acquiring Reblaze Technologies Ltd, a leading cybersecurity solutions provider specializing in software layer protection, headquartered in Herzliya, Israel.
In preparation for the cybersecurity provider's acquisition, OMMAX assisted Link11 with Tech and Cyber Security Due Diligence and a post-merger integration plan.
The tech and cybersecurity due diligence analyzed and assessed the technical capabilities and setup. The assessment included modules such as business overview, technology and product strategy, system architecture, software development lifecycle, organizational setup, IT costs, cyber security, and compliance. The post-merger integration included a detailed integration roadmap, analyses of a combined architecture and infrastructure, and a streamlined operating model.
