During the comprehensive commercial, product, tech, and AI due diligence leading up to the successful transaction, OMMAX focused on the following key areas:
- Comprehensive Commercial Due Diligence: Conducted an in-depth analysis of the existing business model, business case, market environment, and customer base, identifying key optimization opportunities.
- Product Due Diligence: Evaluated the core elements of the SaaS business, assessing the software’s capabilities and uncovering potential competitive advantages and growth opportunities.
- Tech/IT Due Diligence: Assessed critical areas including IT security, organizational structure, operating model, infrastructure, and overarching technology strategy to ensure robustness and scalability.
- AI Impact Assessment: Analyzed the company’s AI readiness, mapped its AI strategy, and evaluated the potential business impact, paving the way for future innovation.
