Vendis Capital invests in Nederlandse Obesitas Kliniek to accelerate growth
We would like to congratulate Vendis Capital on its investment in Nederlandse Obesitas Kliniek (NOK), the leading medical weight loss clinic in the Netherlands, offering the full spectrum of weight loss treatments – from lifestyle interventions to bariatric surgery and GLP-1 therapy.
Prior to the announcement of the deal, the OMMAX team supported Vendis Capital with a digital due diligence, which included:

NOK will focus on expanding its proven, multidisciplinary weight loss approach and rolling out innovative, consumer-focused GLP-1 clinics across the Netherlands and international markets.
