We would like to congratulate GENII (backed by funds advised by BU Bregal Unternehmerkapital and Elvaston) on its acquisition of Jarosch & Haas, a leading provider of digital solutions for public transport companies. This transaction expands GENII’s offering for the public sector with specialized expertise in public transport technology.
