Ilya Erokhin serves as Director Strategy & Transaction Advisory at OMMAX, where he advises private equity clients - ranging from small- to large-cap investors such as KKR, Triton, H.I.G., Bregal Unternehmerkapital and EGERIA - on transaction advisory, value creation, and digital transformation. He has led over 100 commercial, digital, and technology due diligence as well as strategy projects, enabling investors to make confident investment decisions and unlock sustainable growth.
Before joining OMMAX, Ilya built a strong track record in investment and strategy advisory at Singular Group (a BCG spin-off) and PwC, delivering projects across Europe and internationally. His domain expertise spans software & IT services, healthcare, industrial goods & services, and travel, where he has supported leading investors in evaluating opportunities, mitigating risks, and identifying value creation levers.
Ilya holds an Engineer’s degree (cum laude) from Moscow State Mining University and studied as a DAAD Scholar at TU Bergakademie Freiberg.
