OMMAX assisted Education partners and Odewald KMU in the acquisition of Developer Akademie GmbH, a leading online training platform providing an innovative and hands-on learning experience in web development for career changers in Germany, headquartered in Munich.
In preparation for the acquisition of the online training platform, OMMAX assisted Education partners and Odewald KMU with a Commercial Due Diligence.
The Commercial Due Diligence analyzed and assessed the company’s commercial capabilities and setup. The assessment included modules such as business model, digital performance, market dynamics and competitive landscape.
