Christoph Matschke is an Executive Advisor with more than 20 years of executive leadership experience, including 15 years at C-level, across Western and Eastern Europe. He spent seven years on the Executive Board of REWE International AG, with responsibilities spanning IT and digitalization, finance, HR, logistics, and other central functions across nine countries.
His transformation experience includes reorganizing an international IT organization of more than 500 employees to enable the modernization of processes and systems, alongside restructuring corporate functions across national boundaries. He jointly shaped the strategy for developing e-commerce and loyalty businesses in Austria and Eastern Europe, with board responsibility for implementing the strategy through IT and backend systems, as well as steering its execution.
Today, Christoph supports executives and leadership teams in designing and implementing complex transformations. He combines commercial and process-oriented perspectives with a deep understanding of organizations and human dynamics, aligning changes in strategy, structures, and processes with leadership, behavior, and culture.
