Hayyan el Hindy is an international Senior Executive with 30+ years of experience at Siemens AG and Atos S.E., and a member of the Haniel Group’s family advisory board. He worked in New York, Manchester, Paris, Mumbai, as well as Munich and Erlangen.
As a CEO/COO and architect of transformation, Hayyan drives turnaround and value creation programs, including carve-outs and PMIs, securing significant EBIT contributions in complex global tech-driven companies. He led teams in global client and service organizations, winning and delivering large contracts. In his most recent role, he co-led the split of Atos, a 10B€ IT services and digital transformation company, into two equally sized, stand-alone companies and subsequently assumed transformation leadership of its tech-related business.
