Massimiliano Pogliani is a senior CEO, board member, and investor with over three decades of international leadership experience across consumer goods, retail, luxury, lifestyle, and branded businesses, including around 20 years spent living and working outside Italy.
He served as CEO of illycaffè, where he led the global development of one of the world’s most iconic premium coffee brands, and later as CEO of Caffitaly. Earlier in his career, including at Nestlé, he held senior leadership roles across international consumer and lifestyle companies, combining brand building, commercial acceleration, operational transformation and international growth.
Today, Massimiliano works with investors, founders and management teams on value creation, business transformation, brand-led growth, go-to-market effectiveness and digitally enabled performance improvement. His advisory work focuses on helping companies translate strategic ambition into clear priorities, stronger execution and sustainable growth, including through digital, data and AI-enabled transformation.
