Agata is Digital Marketing Director at OMMAX and is responsible for client projects in the area of digital strategy, go-to-market strategy, digital transformation, and data-driven performance marketing measures.

Her core focus is the development, implementation, and ongoing optimization of online and offline lead generation marketing strategies.

Prior to her role as Digital Strategy Manager, she worked in the area of SEO for 3 years and was responsible for B2C and B2B clients with a focus on strategic relaunches and international SEO.

Prior to OMMAX, she gained experience at FlixBus, McKinsey, and various e-commerce startups.

She holds a Master’s Degree in Management (M.Sc.) with a specialization in Project Management and a Bachelor in International Economic Relations from the Poznań University of Economics. She completed exchange semesters at the University of Padua (Italy) and Alpen-Adria Universität in Klagenfurt (Austria).
